Refund Policy

This Refund policy applies to all terminations and withdrawals for any reason by either party. Refund applies to tuition and fee only.

A. An applicant not accepted by the Academy and/or student who (or in case of a student under legal age, his/her parents or guardian) cancels his/her enrollment and demands his/her tuition back, in writing, within three business days of the signing of the enrollment agreement, all monies collected by the school shall be refunded.

B. The cancellation date will be determined by the postmark on written notification, or the date said information is delivered to the school administrator/owner in person. This policy applies regardless of whether or not student has actually started training.

C. If a student cancels his/her enrollment after three business days but prior to entering classes, he/she shall be entitled to a refund of all monies paid to the school less the cancellation fee of $ 150.00.

D. For students who enroll in and begin classes the academy will retain a cancellation fee of $150.00 and a percentage of tuition and fees, based on the percentage of enrollment term completed on the last date of attendance.
